My Story
Hi, I’m Britt Welander - CEO and Founder of Custom Coaching.
My own journey began in 2012 when I took on a triathlon as a personal challenge, and I quickly fell in love with the sport. That passion naturally evolved into coaching and, since 2015, I’ve been working with athletes of all levels, from complete beginners to seasoned racers.
My coaching style blends smart training, race prep, and mental resilience. I love helping athletes break through mental and physical barriers—and watching them gain confidence along the way is what fuels my passion.
Alongside coaching, I've been lucky enough to compete around the world, with highlights including several podium finishes at Ironman and 70.3 events, and 11th place at the 70.3 World Championships in Taupo, New Zealand (2024).
